CMA Intermediate Registration for June 2027: Last Date, Fees & How to Apply

CMA Intermediate registration is the step where you enrol in the second level of the ICMAI course. It is not the same as the exam form, which you file separately for a specific term. For the June 2027 term, ICMAI’s student portal lists the Intermediate course at ₹23,100, and ICMAI’s standing admission rule asks students who want to sit the June term to apply before 31 January of that year. That points to 31 January 2027. We could not find a separate June 2027 circular that confirms or changes the date, so treat it as the standing rule and check ICMAI’s news page before you finalise your plan.

CMA Intermediate Registration Last Date for June 2027

ICMAI’s admission page says Intermediate registration is open throughout the year. It also says that students who want to appear in the June term should apply before 31 January of that year, and before 31 July for the December term. Applied to the June 2027 term, that gives 31 January 2027. That day is a Sunday, so aim to finish well before it rather than on the final evening.

To be clear about what is and is not confirmed: the portal displays June 2027 as the exam term, and the 31 January cut-off is ICMAI’s standing rule. We did not find a fresh June 2027 notice that changes it. If ICMAI extends or revises the date, it will appear under Student News and Updates.

Do not rely on dates quoted by coaching sites, forums or social media. Many pages copy each other and some still carry last year’s dates. Only ICMAI can confirm a deadline.

We have not verified any official late-fee window for June 2027, so do not plan around one. If you miss 31 January, the safe assumption is that you would be aiming for the December 2027 term instead, unless ICMAI notifies otherwise.

CMA Intermediate Eligibility Criteria

ICMAI’s admission page lists these routes into the Intermediate course:

  • 10+2 plus CMA Foundation. Students who have passed the senior secondary examination and the Foundation course of ICMAI.
  • Graduation. Graduation in any discipline other than Fine Arts. This is the direct-entry route and it is the one the portal card shows.
  • CAT routes. Students who have passed the Foundation (Entry Level) Part I examination of ICMAI’s CAT course, or Part I together with the Competency Level Part II examination.
  • ICSI Foundation. Students who have passed the ICSI Foundation, along with 10+2.
  • Other qualifications. Further qualifying examinations are listed in Annexure VI of ICMAI’s prospectus.

The admission page also says that candidates waiting for their result can apply for provisional admission. If your qualification does not fit neatly into one line above, check the prospectus annexure before paying, because the portal will not help you decide eligibility.

Not sure which route applies to you? Our CMA eligibility guide walks through the entry routes, and our counsellors can talk through your situation via the contact page.

CMA Intermediate Registration Fees for June 2027

The ICMAI portal shows the Intermediate course fee as ₹23,100 for the June 2027 term. ICMAI’s fee-revision notification of February 2021 splits this into a ₹22,000 course fee plus a ₹1,100 skills training facilitation fee payable at registration, which matches the portal total.

The same notification provides an instalment facility for Intermediate, with the first instalment at ₹12,000. The balance, ₹11,100, is due before the cut-off for your exam term. Check the exact split on the payment screen before you pay, since that screen is what applies to you.

Three points that students often mix up:

  • Course registration fee vs exam fee. The ₹23,100 is for course registration. The examination fee is separate and is paid when you file the exam form. The June 2027 exam fee is awaiting official confirmation.
  • ICMAI fees vs coaching fees. Coaching fees are paid to the institute and are never part of ICMAI’s registration fee.
  • What else you might budget for. Our CMA course fees guide covers the wider cost picture, and our general CMA registration guide covers all three levels.

Documents Required for CMA Intermediate Registration

ICMAI’s admission page lists these documents for the Intermediate application:

  • Attested copy of the matriculation (Class 10) certificate
  • Attested copy of the 10+2 certificate or marks statement
  • Attested copy of the degree, for graduates
  • Passport-size photographs

On that page, attestation is by a member of ICMAI, ICAI or ICSI, a Member of Parliament or State Legislative Assembly, a Gazetted Officer, or a college Principal. For the online route, you upload scanned copies and follow the file instructions shown on screen. The portal’s public home page does not publish file-size limits, so we do not quote any.

The portal makes two points that matter. Your registration number is generated only after payment is realised, documents are verified and the Directorate of Studies authenticates the application. And an application with inadequate documentation will not be processed further. Keep your Foundation result or graduation documents ready, depending on your route.

How to Apply for CMA Intermediate Registration Online

  1. Open the official portal. Go to the ICMAI Online Student Registration System.
  2. Create your login account. Your email address is verified with an OTP and becomes your User ID, and you set a password. New applicants use the “Create Login Account (New Applicants)” option. Existing ICMAI students use the existing-student option and enter their identification or registration number.
  3. Choose the right option. ICMAI’s user guide warns that picking the wrong option can leave the services you need missing from your dashboard.
  4. Select the Intermediate course. The portal shows the exam term, currently June 2027.
  5. Enter personal and academic details. Match your name and date of birth to your certificates exactly.
  6. Upload your documents. Use clear scans and follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. Review everything. Check each field before moving on.
  8. Pay the fee. Pay in full or choose the instalment option if the screen offers it.
  9. Submit and save your records. Download the receipt and keep your application number.
  10. Check your status. Use the portal’s Check Status service. Your registration number follows only after payment, document verification and authentication.

If you cannot create a login because your email is missing or wrong in ICMAI’s records, the user guide says to write to studies.ad3@icmai.in. The portal also links a PDF and a video on creating a login account.

CMA Intermediate Registration After CMA Foundation

Students who have passed 10+2 and CMA Foundation are eligible for Intermediate under the first route above. Keep your Foundation result and your 10+2 and Class 10 documents ready. Choose the portal option that matches your current status, and if you are unsure, use ICMAI’s help resources before paying, since a wrong choice can hide the option you need. If you are still preparing for Foundation, see our CMA Foundation coaching page for what that stage involves.

CMA Intermediate Registration After Graduation

ICMAI’s admission page treats graduation in any discipline other than Fine Arts as a route into Intermediate, so graduates do not need to clear Foundation first. Keep your degree or marks statement along with your Class 10 and 10+2 documents. Final-year students waiting for results can ask about provisional admission, which the admission page mentions. Read the prospectus first if your degree is unusual, so you are certain it counts.

Registering for the course does not submit your exam form. Many students lose an attempt by assuming one covers the other. Our guide to the CMA December 2026 exam form shows what the exam-form step looks like in practice.

What to Do After CMA Intermediate Registration

  • Confirm your status and keep your records. Save the receipt and check that your registration number has arrived.
  • Study the syllabus. The Syllabus 2022 Intermediate course has eight papers, Papers 5 to 8 in Group I and Papers 9 to 12 in Group II. See ICMAI’s syllabus page and our CMA syllabus guide.
  • Decide on one group or both. Our guide on how many months are enough for CMA Inter can help you size the effort.
  • Track official announcements. Watch ICMAI’s news page for the exam form window and the timetable. We have not found an official June 2027 timetable yet.
  • Build a realistic plan. From early November there are roughly seven months to a typical June window, which is a planning estimate and not an official date. Our study time management guide is a good starting point.

CMA Intermediate Coaching for June 2027

When you compare coaching options, check these things: how fully the course covers your group against ICMAI’s syllabus, whether classes are live, recorded or in a classroom, who teaches each paper, what study material is provided, how tests are run and evaluated, what the batch schedule is, and what the fee includes. Ask for the answers in writing.

Sachin Ajmera Classes (SAC) lists classroom coaching in Jaipur and online coaching for students across India. Its CMA Intermediate course page covers both groups, lists a course duration of 9 to 10 months, and describes dedicated CMA Inter batches with mock tests and feedback. SAC’s fees depend on the group and mode you choose, so confirm the current figure and inclusions with the admissions team. For a fuller comparison framework, read our guide to CMA Intermediate coaching for June 2027.

Common Mistakes to Avoid During Registration

  • Selecting the wrong course or term. Check that the portal shows Intermediate and June 2027 before you pay.
  • Choosing the wrong login option. New and existing students have different options, and a wrong pick can hide services.
  • Entering details that do not match your certificates. Name and date of birth mismatches cause correction delays.
  • Uploading unclear or incomplete documents. ICMAI will not process an application with inadequate documentation.
  • Confusing registration with the exam form. They are two separate steps with separate dates and fees.
  • Trusting outdated dates or fees. Verify on ICMAI’s own pages. Our CMA Inter mistakes guide covers errors at the study stage too.
  • Not saving the receipt. Keep the payment confirmation and application number until your registration number arrives.
